Start each day with a colourful smoothie or superfood bowl. So ditch the bread, cereals, breakfast sweet yoghurts/yoghurt drinks for breakfast and go for a colourful natural start to the day like this: • 1 pack of frozen unsweetened acai berry pulp • ¼ cup frozen blueberries • ½ banana • ½ cup rice milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds • ¼ cup granola • ¼ cup blueberries • ½ banana sliced • 3 strawberries • 1 tbsp goji berries • Optional – drizzle of maple syrup Mix the acai pulp, blueberries, banana and milk in a blender until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the acai puree into a bowl and arrange the toppings.
