Start each day with a colour­ful smoothie or su­per­food bowl. So ditch the bread, ce­re­als, break­fast sweet yo­ghurts/yo­ghurt drinks for break­fast and go for a colour­ful nat­u­ral start to the day like this: • 1 pack of frozen unsweet­ened acai berry pulp • ¼ cup frozen blue­ber­ries • ½ ba­nana • ½ cup rice milk


• 1 tbsp chia seeds • ¼ cup gra­nola • ¼ cup blue­ber­ries • ½ ba­nana sliced • 3 straw­ber­ries • 1 tbsp goji berries • Op­tional – driz­zle of maple syrup Mix the acai pulp, blue­ber­ries, ba­nana and milk in a blender un­til the de­sired con­sis­tency is reached. Pour the acai puree into a bowl and ar­range the top­pings.
