Goodbye Contour

No. 1 Magazine - - SCOTLAND’S NO.1 -

If you have naturally straight or wavy hair, this is a really simple look to achieve. If your hair is frizzy, start by using a clean t-shirt to squeeze out any excess water after washing, rather than a towel. This will lessen the friction that encourages frizz. If you have fine hair, feel free to use a towel as normal. Once you’ve given your hair a brush through, use a product (see our suggestions below - go easy if you have naturally oily hair) to tame it a little. Next, tuck the front sections of hair behind your ears and use a hair grip to hold it in place. Twist the rest of your hair into a coil and gently go over it with the hair dryer. Lastly, unravel the coil and remove the clips and you’ll have those kinks you’re after.
