A New Fitness Regime
Ever since the success of Friends, everything about Jen has been constantly scrutinised and now, in her 49th year, she is reported to be more comfortable in her own skin than ever before. Jen’s dedication to yoga is clear to see but it’s not only her body that the exercise has transformed. “When I started doing yoga I noticed many thing,” she says. “My legs getting leaner. My arms getting stronger, and most importantly, I noticed an inner strength.” Jen has also been pushing her body with a routine recommended to her by friend Emily Blunt. Rise Nation is an intense climbing workout that burns hundreds of calories and helps sculpt Jen’s famous toned arms and flat stomach. Taking time to look after both her physical and mental wellbeing is hugely important for Jen and she is also taking extra care over what she is eating to ensure she feels her best yet. As well as being a huge fan of supplements, Jen believes in eating organic produce and cutting down on sugar to keep herself looking and feeling great.
