Ever since the success of Friends, every­thing about Jen has been con­stantly scru­ti­nised and now, in her 49th year, she is re­ported to be more com­fort­able in her own skin than ever be­fore. Jen’s ded­i­ca­tion to yoga is clear to see but it’s not only her body that the ex­er­cise has trans­formed. “When I started do­ing yoga I no­ticed many thing,” she says. “My legs get­ting leaner. My arms get­ting stronger, and most im­por­tantly, I no­ticed an in­ner strength.” Jen has also been push­ing her body with a rou­tine rec­om­mended to her by friend Emily Blunt. Rise Na­tion is an in­tense climb­ing work­out that burns hun­dreds of calo­ries and helps sculpt Jen’s fa­mous toned arms and flat stom­ach. Tak­ing time to look af­ter both her phys­i­cal and men­tal well­be­ing is hugely im­por­tant for Jen and she is also tak­ing ex­tra care over what she is eat­ing to en­sure she feels her best yet. As well as be­ing a huge fan of sup­ple­ments, Jen be­lieves in eat­ing or­ganic pro­duce and cut­ting down on sugar to keep her­self look­ing and feel­ing great.
