All pro­ceeds will go to­wards items and equip­ment for this busy com­mu­nity hos­pi­tal. CAM­ERA CLUB: On Sat July 4 Abergele Cam­era Club wel­comes visi­tors to ex­pe­ri­ence the club’s ac­tiv­i­ties. Visi­tors are in­vited to bring their cam­eras and have a go at var­i­ous tech­niques. There will also be a demon­stra­tion of pho­to­graph pro­cess­ing. Club mem­bers will be on hand to of­fer guid­ance and as­sis­tance. OPEN GAR­DEN: The gar­den at 33 Bryn Twr and Lyn­ton, Abergele are open for the Na­tional Gar­dens Scheme on Satur­day and Sun­day July 4-5, at 1-5pm. Fol­low Yel­low signs. En­try is £4 and tea, cof­fee and cakes are avail­able to buy. All money raised goes to NGS char­i­ties and a share goes to Ty croeso, Dawn El­iz­a­beth at­tached to the chil­drens ward at Glan Cl­wyd. IN­NER WHEEL: At the club’s AGM at the Kin­mel Manor Ho­tel on June 22, Pres­i­dent Sally Kirkham wel­comed mem­bers to the last In­ner Wheel meet­ing as the Club will close. In the ab­sence of Ann Owen, Pres­i­dent Sally Kirkham gave their com­bined re­port. It was a very sad evening for ev­ery­one; the Club formed in 1981. Over the years nearly £40,000 has been raised for dif­fer­ent Char­i­ties. Sec­re­tary Wendy O’BRIAN gave a brief re­port men­tion­ing that sev­eral Char­i­ties had been sup­ported dur­ing the year. A group of ladies will or­gan­ise the cake stall at the Abergele Hos­pi­tal Feter on Satur­day July 4.
