All proceeds will go towards items and equipment for this busy community hospital. CAMERA CLUB: On Sat July 4 Abergele Camera Club welcomes visitors to experience the club’s activities. Visitors are invited to bring their cameras and have a go at various techniques. There will also be a demonstration of photograph processing. Club members will be on hand to offer guidance and assistance. The Open Day is being held at St Paul’s Chapel, Bridge Street 10am-4pm. OPEN GARDEN: The garden at 33 Bryn Twr and Lynton, Abergele are open for the National Gardens Scheme on Saturday and Sunday July 4-5, at 1-5pm. Follow Yellow signs. Entry is £4 and tea, coffee and cakes are available to buy. All money raised goes to NGS charities and a share goes to Ty croeso, Dawn Elizabeth attached to the childrens ward at Glan Clwyd. INNER WHEEL: At the club’s AGM at the Kinmel Manor Hotel on June 22, President Sally Kirkham welcomed members to the last Inner Wheel meeting as the Club will close. In the absence of Ann Owen, President Sally Kirkham gave their combined report. It was a very sad evening for everyone; the Club formed in 1981. Over the years nearly £40,000 has been raised for different Charities. Secretary Wendy O’BRIAN gave a brief report mentioning that several Charities had been supported during the year. A group of ladies will organise the cake stall at the Abergele Hospital Feter on Saturday July 4.
