Llandudno hotel scoops top hospitality
A LEADING Llandudno Hotel has scooped a top award for Wales at the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards.
St George’s Hotel has been named the AA Hotel of the Year for Wales 2015 – 2016 at the annual award ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London.
This award puts it in the list of the top hotels in the whole of the UK.
This comes as the hotel looks to invest to create luxury rooms on the rooftop - increasing its high end offering.
“The AA Hotel of the Year honour is the most prized hospitality accolade and to win is a great achievement,” said Tony Burns, manager and director of the hotel.
“It is testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence that every single member of the hotel team has consistently shown.”
St George’s Hotel is one of North Wales’ most historic buildings and has been operating as one of the leading hotels in Wales since 1854. It has 76 rooms and an AA Rosette restaurant.
