Hey Suzanne! What’s your favourite way to work out? I love HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits and I use the TRX (suspension training) quite a bit. I try to work out at least three times a week, but it doesn’t always work out with kids around. Any fitness hacks you can share? A great workout is having Raffy (Suzanne’s one-year-old son) on my hip and doing the housework with the other hand! Do you have a body part that you struggle to keep in shape? Legs. They’re the first place I gain weight.

What’s your killer leg workout? Squats. They’re the best thing for legs. Running up and down steps too! Are there any foods you avoid? High-sugar sweets and chocolate have never been for me. The hardest thing to avoid is chip-shop chips. My mouth actually waters as I’m saying it. I’d eat them every day. Do you follow any motivational social media pages? I like Clean Eating Alice (@aliceliveing). She was my motivation when I first had a baby. How did you lose the baby weight? I had a brilliant trainer who works with a lot of mums after they’ve had a baby, so he knows if he pushes you too hard you aren’t going to want to go back to him.
