Hey Lau­ren! How do you like to work­out?

I go to the gym about four times a week. I do a lot of weight-based stuff. Re­sis­tance band work is my favourite – it re­ally tar­gets spe­cific ar­eas.

Amaz­ing! How do you mo­ti­vate your­self to ex­er­cise?

It’s just my rou­tine. I am so used to it that, to me, it’s just like an hour to switch off.

Do you fol­low any fit­ness In­sta­gram pages?

I fol­low Bradley Sim­monds (@bradleysim­monds). He’s got good videos and ex­er­cise in­spi­ra­tion for when I’m not with my trainer.

Nice! Can you share any fit­ness hacks?

If you can walk some­where in­stead of driv­ing, then do that. You know what, it’s just diet. You have to be re­al­is­tic. You can go to the gym ev­ery sin­gle day, but if your diet is rub­bish you’re gonna see zero re­sults.

What’s your guilty food plea­sure?

I have a sweet tooth. The less I train, the more I crave choco­late.

I make my own choco­late things with ca­cao pow­der, co­conut, agave syrup and dates. On Sun­days I don’t give a s**t – I just eat what I want.

When do you feel most body con­fi­dent?

When I’ve come out of the gym. That’s why I think more peo­ple should do it. It gives you such a high.
