Want to get flexy like Lady Gaga? Ben Davie, per­sonal trainer and founder of Youtube chan­nel Move With Ben, reveals a five-move, high-in­ten­sity work­out that takes 20 min­utes and in­creases move­ment, flex­i­bil­ity and flu­id­ity.

Move 1: Kick sits

Start on all fours. Kick your right leg through and si­mul­ta­ne­ously lift your left arm as if you were el­bow­ing some­one be­hind you. Re­peat on the other side.

Move 2: Ham­string sit-ups

Lie on your back, legs out straight. Crunch up, then ex­tend your arms, reach­ing for your toes. Great for abs and de­vel­op­ing flex­i­bil­ity in your ham­strings and the back of the body.

Move 3: crab reach be­hind

From the crab po­si­tion, sink your hips to­wards floor. Drive up, squeez­ing your bum. Try with one arm be­hind your head, then the other.

Move 4: Frog Folds

From a stand­ing po­si­tion, place your hands to­gether and sit into a squat, then place your hands on the floor and straighten your legs. Great for in­creas­ing move­ment in the hips.

Move 5: pounc­ers

From a push-up po­si­tion, pounce back. It stretches the side of the back, opens out the ch­est and gives legs a blast!
