Cook chicken and rice stir-fry like Dav­ina Mc­call’s

Fry­light spray oil 200g chicken, cut into small strips 1tbsp sun­flower oil 50g frozen peas 50g broc­coli

50g sweet­corn

200g cooked rice pouch 1 spring onion, shred­ded 1tbsp sesame seeds For the mari­nade: 2tbsp tomato pasta sauce 2tbsp re­duced-salt soy sauce

1tsp each gin­ger paste and gar­lic paste Juice ½ le­mon (add the zest if you like)


Put all the mari­nade in­gre­di­ents into a non-me­tal­lic bowl and add the chicken. Mar­i­nate un­til ready to cook.


Spray a wok with Fry­light and fry the chicken, re­serv­ing the mari­nade. Stir-fry for 3-4mins, then add the veg and stir-fry for 2-3mins more.


Add the rice and the re­served mari­nade, along with 2-3tbsp wa­ter and stir-fry un­til it is pip­ing hot all the way through. Toss the spring onion through the rice and serve sprin­kled with the sesame seeds.
