Courtney Black has become something of an Instagram phenomenon during lockdown, with her live workouts attracting up to 30,000 people. The fun sessions feature the personal trainer bouncing around her home with such enthusiasm, that she could make Alison Hammond interviewi­ng a Hollywood celebrity look subdued. It’s really no surprise she has become so popular, especially when you see the impressive transforma­tion photos of her loyal followers who she affectiona­tely calls “Warriors”.

The fitness influencer has now designed a 30-minute workout, especially for OK! readers, that will have you feeling your best for all those barbecues and staycation­s that are now filling up our diaries. “I have fallen in love with home workouts since lockdown, and I’m ready to help you do the same,” said Courtney. “All you need is yourself. No need for any gym equipment.

“This workout is based on one of my favourite Hiit-style classes, which is a real calorie killer – I will usually burn around 300-400 calories! Do each move for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest in between. Repeat each circuit twice. You can do this!”
