Oldham Advertiser - - CHURCH SERVICES -

IT’S just before Christmas and for one struggling family a little bit of Yuletide magic is about to change their lives forever.

A show for under-10s is bringing some festive spirit to Oldham Library in the run up to Christmas.

Discover what happens in The Elves and The Shoemaker, by Oldham Children’s Theatre School, which is on at the community venue until Christmas Eve.

There will be performances of the comedy Christmas show, packed with music, mayhem and dancing, at 10am and 1pm each day.

The shows last just over an hour and Father Christmas will make an appearance during or after the performance to give each child a gift.

There will also be a host of activities in the library before or after each show.

There are only 90 seats available, so tickets are first come first served. Tickets cost £6. Visit Oldham Library, Cultural Quarter, Greaves Street, Oldham, OL1 1AL, or call 0161 652 6026 for details.
