Sweet potato jack­ets with smoked mack­erel & dill yogurt

sweet pota­toes 2 small, scrubbed oil smoked mack­erel 2 small fil­lets, flaked dill a small bunch, chopped whole­grain mus­tard 1 tsp fat-free yogurt 4 tbsp pa­prika a pinch, plus ex­tra to serve rocket to serve

Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Rub the sweet pota­toes with 1 tsp oil, and bake for 40-50 min­utes un­til very ten­der and soft through­out. Mix the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and sea­son. Pile into the jack­ets, and sprin­kle with a pinch of pa­prika. Serve with a rocket salad.
