Pre-mixed cocktails are re­ally trendy at the mo­ment (and re­ally easy to drink!). Look for vin­tage bot­tles and add a pretty rib­bon and la­bel to com­plete the look.

blanco tequila 225ml blood or­ange Cointreau 100ml (see cook’s notes) whisky 75ml (a peaty one such as Laphroaig is good)

Bot­tle­green pomegranate and el­der­flower cor­dial 100ml cin­na­mon stick 1 whole cloves 2-3 or­ange peel 1 rib­bon

• Pour all the liq­uids into the bot­tle, put on the lid and shake gen­tly to mix. Add the cin­na­mon stick, cloves and or­ange peel to the bot­tle, then seal and leave to in­fuse for up to 1 week. Serve over ice.
