Eurostar launches sus­tain­able cater­ing chal­lenge to young chefs

Eurostar is run­ning a sus­tain­able cater­ing chal­lenge in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Miche­lin-starred chef Ray­mond Blanc.

The ‘Cre­ate a sus­tain­able Busi­ness Pre­mier dish’ com­pe­ti­tion high­lights the im­por­tance of sus­tain­able in­gre­di­ents and is run­ning across the UK, France and Bel­gium, open for en­tries un­til June 29. It in­vites young peo­ple aged 15-19 to cre­ate a sus­tain­able lunch or din­ner dish to be served to Busi­ness Pre­mier pas­sen­gers depart­ing Lon­don for at least three months from Novem­ber 2018.

Eurostar Busi­ness Pre­mier culi­nary di­rec­tor and pres­i­dent of the Sus­tain­able Restau­rant As­so­ci­a­tion, Ray­mond Blanc, will be the com­pe­ti­tion’s lead judge and will spend an af­ter­noon with the win­ner at his two-Miche­lin-starred restau­rant.
