Say cheese, to please on­board

Cheese spe­cial­ist Beem­ster has evolved its sin­gle-serv­ing of­fer to cre­ate five cheese con­cepts for on­board ser­vice. The com­pany has con­ducted re­search which it be­lieves shows the cheese choice on­board isn't merely an add-on, it can be a real crowd pleaser. Nearly 75% of those sur­veyed said they would have liked cheese. Only 18% ac­tu­ally got it. The sur­vey was con­ducted among Econ­omy and Busi­ness pas­sen­gers on seven air­lines (in­clud­ing AA, Delta, BA and Air France) dur­ing both long and short haul flights. The new con­cepts be­ing of­fered in­cluded the Beem­ster Bun, Beem­ster Combo, Beem­ster Tapas and Beem­ster Kids propo­si­tions. beem­
