work for people living in council flats, and which tenant will pay for the green waste? D. How many collections per year.

None of these questions were answered.

On paper we should have 25 collections per year on green waste and 25 on household waste, but as we all know we miss out in the winter, as garden waste does not grow, so we could get only 16-18 green waste pick ups in a year.

Now if we all took our green waste to the local tip (if we have transport) how long would it be before we are charged there, as there is already a charge for rubble taken there. How long before we see an increase in fly tipping?

Will householders start putting green waste in their grey bins?

£30 from my pension is a lot, as I have just had my pension increase by £5 for the coming year.
