Young chefs ready to cook at Concourse
CHEF James Holden will be returning to the Concourse shopping centre in Skelmersdale next week with his pop-up cookery school for budding young chefs.
There are four sessions a day from Monday, July 24 to Thursday, July 27 and each session costs £3 (plus 76p booking fee), lasting approximately 45 minutes. James, a member of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and North West Regional Chef for the Adopt a School programme, will help the children prepare a tasty meal which they will be able to take away and eat at home.
