Blaze at derelict building prompts investigation
FOUR fire engines were called to a fire in a derelict building on Westgate, Skelmersdale.
Crews were sent from Skelmersdale and Ormskirk at 7.30pm on August 10 and used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
