Have fun and get fit with Active Mums.
Mothers can make the most of health and fitness classes ran by charity Active Communities.
The classes are a great way to meet new mums and get in to shape.
There’s no need to find a baby sitter, as little ones and tots can come along too.
Try funky boxing, pilates, and much more.
Participants must ensure they are at least 12 weeks post natal and have a GP clearance to exercise.
Sessions run every Tuesday at the Tannahill Centre in Ferguslie from 10.30am until 11.30am.
