Young peo­ple are putting on an even­ing of drama, dance, mu­sic and the spo­ken word to re­claim a pos­i­tive fu­ture about men­tal health.

Re­claim the Fu­ture has been put to­gether by dif­fer­ent youth clubs with the sup­port of Ren­frew­shire Youth Ser­vices to ex­plore men­tal health from young peo­ple’s per­spec­tive.

LADDS drama club is stag­ing the play, How Am­dram Changed My Life; Jump Dance Crew will per­form a dance piece; and Cre­ate Pais­ley will host dif­fer­ent song­writ­ing and spo­ken poetry.

The event, which is part of the Scot­tish Men­tal Health Arts Fes­ti­val, takes place tonight at Pais­ley Arts Cen­tre from 7pm till 9pm. It is free and ev­ery­one is wel­come to go along.
