Man in breach of bail or­der

A man was nabbed in a car taken with­out its owner’s per­mis­sion.

Harry Roberts, 22, was a pas­sen­ger in the Nis­san Qashqai when it was stopped by po­lice.

He got in de­spite warn­ings to keep out of trou­ble.

At Pais­ley Sher­iff Court, Roberts ad­mit­ted be­ing in the car when it was driven off.

Sher­iff Su­san Sin­clair stud­ied his back­ground af­ter so­cial work­ers field a re­port.

She said: “It is one of the worst re­ports I have read in a long time and, be­lieve me, I’ve read a lot.”

Roberts also pleaded guilty to con­tact­ing a woman af­ter be­ing or­dered to leave her alone.

He was in the mo­tor in Pais­ley’s Barter­holm Road on Oc­to­ber 25 – al­though he was al­ready on bail.

R o b e r t s b re a c h e d spe­cial con­di­tions of bail which for­bade him from ap­proach­ing Rachel Mor­row on Septem­ber 1.

He had been told to keep away from her and stay out of Craig­bog Av­enue, John­stone.

Sher­iff Sin­clair de­ferred sen­tence to call along­side other mat­ters.

Roberts, of High Street, John­stone, will learn his fate on Fe­bru­ary 6.
