Race night is first of many events
Bowfield Hotel & Country Club in Howwood is holding a race night to raise funds for the CHAS charity.
It kicks off a series of charity events that will be held this year by the Manorview Group, which runs the Bowfield, to raise cash for CHAS and the When You Wish Upon a Star Scotland charity.
The group’s managing director Steve Graham and head of procurement Steve Buckley are also running the London Marathon on April 22.
They are aiming to raise a total of £6,000, which will be split between the two charities.
Fraser Makeham, hotel director of the Bowfield, said: “CHAS is an amazing charity that does great work supporting many families throughout the whole of Scotland, at a time when they need it most.
“We’re hoping as many people as possible will come out to help us raise as much as we can for a worthwhile cause.
“It will be an entertaining evening, with lots of quality prizes to be won”.
Tickets for the race night include a light buffet. There will also be a raffle and some great prizes to be won.
This will be held on Friday, March 2, and tickets cost £10 per person, with all proceeds going to Children’s Hospices Across Scotland.
The event starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available by calling 01505 705225 or emailing email@example.com
