IMOGEN: At Capital Cooking, we use lots of seasonal ingredients. Fresh produce is far tastier, more colourful and actually more rich in nutrients, so it’s really important to eat food when it’s at its best! Our spring starters are light and tasty and often feature fresh crab or sardines and the main course favourites include venison, lamb and cockles. If you really want to wow your guests, a fresh oyster bar is definitely the way to go! It’s the perfect way to get your guests up and interacting, as well as filling them up.
