IMOGEN: At Cap­i­tal Cook­ing, we use lots of sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents. Fresh pro­duce is far tastier, more colour­ful and ac­tu­ally more rich in nu­tri­ents, so it’s re­ally im­por­tant to eat food when it’s at its best! Our spring starters are light and tasty and of­ten fea­ture fresh crab or sar­dines and the main course favourites in­clude veni­son, lamb and cock­les. If you re­ally want to wow your guests, a fresh oys­ter bar is def­i­nitely the way to go! It’s the per­fect way to get your guests up and in­ter­act­ing, as well as filling them up.
