Ex­er­cise one: 15 bi­cep curls. Ex­er­cise two: 15 front raises. Ex­er­cise three: 15 over­head tri­cep ex­ten­sions on right arm. Ex­er­cise four: 15 lateral raises. Ex­er­cise five: 15 over­head tri­cep ex­ten­sions on left arm. You’ll have arms to be proud of in no time!
