● Re­mem­ber that hot air guns are in­ef­fec­tive on me­tal as heat is con­ducted away.

● Un­pro­tected me­tal win­dows will quickly ac­cu­mu­late sur­face rust so ap­ply a rust in­hibitor or prim­ing coat as soon as prac­ti­cal.
