Commenting on the consultation a PKAVS spokesperson said: “PKC has a duty to set the local Carers Eligibility Criteria framework before April 1, 2018.
“We are running a consultation on this framework [until] December 11.
“This gives a vital opportunity to have a say on the changes that may affect unpaid carers and the support they get as a carer in Perth and Kinross before the framework is set.
“This consultation is open to everyone in Perth and Kinross.
“In addition to unpaid carers we are keen to hear from other people and professionals who might have thoughts on the consultation.”
