Youngsters can go for goals in October

Our Goalgetter­s Holiday programme runs throughout the October holidays and provides football fun for boys and girls aged five to 16-years-old at McDiarmid Park and county venues. No booking is required, simply turn up, pay and play (£5 per session). McDiarmid Park 1pm – 2.30pm on the following days: Tuesday 9 to Friday 12, Tuesday 16 to Friday 19. Loch Leven Campus, Kinross 10.30am – noon on the following days: Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10. Mini Kidz (McDiarmid Park) – sessions for three to 5-year olds from 1pm - 2pm (£4 per session): Thursday 11 and Friday 12, Thursday 18 and Friday 19. Goalkeeper­s (McDiarmid Park) – For budding keepers aged five to 16 year old, 1pm - 2.30pm: Thursday 11 and Friday 12, Thursday 18 and Friday 19. Everyone who attends a holiday course will receive a family ticket for a Saints home fixture (one ticket per two-day course).

TEA DANCE

Last week, we held our second‘A Trip Down Memory Lane’tea dance in partnershi­p with PKAVS at McDiarmid Park. Carers and their cared for were invited to attend the free event where sandwiches and a cuppa were provided. Attendees requested songs to sing and swing to throughout the afternoon. Look out for details of our Christmas tea dance coming soon.

SAINTS KIDZ SATURDAY

Our Saints Kidz Soccer Saturday programme, open to every boy and girl aged three years old up to S2, continues throughout the school term and school holidays. Mini Kidz (three to five year olds) 9.30am – 10.30am. Champion Kidz (P1 to P3) 9.30am – 10.30am. Premier Kidz (P4 to S2) 10.30am - 11.30am Head over to our website for further details on each programme. The charge for all listed sessions is £4, payable upon arrival.

WALKING FOOTBALL

Play the game you used to love. Walking football is a great way to increase your physical activity, have fun and socialise at the same time.

Open to both men and women over 50, sessions take place every Thursday at 7.30pm on the synthetic pitch at McDiarmid Park - there is no requiremen­t to pre-book, simply turn up and pay £4 upon arrival.
