1 large onion
10g fresh sage
1 cooking apple
800g pork sausage meat
Chop the onion, then heat the 1
butter in a large frying pan. Add the onion and fry for 3-4 min until softened. Set aside to cool down.
Once cool, mix the onion 2
with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready for use.
Either use to stuff your 3
turkey or roll into balls and cook at 180°C for 25 min.
