A Poor sleep trig­gers fi­bromyal­gia (chronic pain) and vice versa, but sleep is ther­a­peu­tic so you are trapped in a vi­cious cy­cle. You must pri­ori­tise sleep. Look at ad­vice around in­som­nia and sleep hy­giene, and speak to your GP for help. Seden­tary life­style

A Be­ing seated for hours at a time is un­healthy, so en­sure you move around ev­ery 45 min­utes. Get a pe­dome­ter and max­imise your step count, and in­clude at least one ses­sion of high­in­ten­sity ac­tiv­ity per week.
