How do you personally wear

the cotton jacket? ”Either as part of a casual suit or as a blazer worn with a decent pair

of jeans.” What does it go with? ”With a shirt and tie, or a stylish polo shirt. At the height of summer it can be worn with a nice simple t-shirt.”

Tell us about the cotton used in Oscar Jacobsson's

spring jackets. “We have two versions on offer this spring. The casual one is made from washed, stretchable gabardine. The lining is made from a floral shirt fabric from Liberty. For this jacket we devel

oped a two tone effect button that gives a nice contrast to the fabric. The second option is a jacket made from coarser cotton canvas which has a

rougher feel to it.”

Ordinary people are the models of today. The summer edition of Pitti Uomo in Florence is a great source of inspiration, the perfect place to spot cotton blazers worn the right way.
