Swallow Coast 250
This 25-footer represents a new direction for this British boatbuilder – it’s a design that aims to deliver good performance under both sail and power, including an impressive get-you-homequick top speed of 15 knots.
The hull shape has good form stability and there’s a hefty bulb at the bottom of the deep 320kg centreboard. So with a displacement of just 1,300kg allied to a decent sail area, including asymmetric spinnakers, there’s certainly scope for respectable performance under sail.
