Sorry, wrong number

Practical Sportsbikes (UK) - - Letters -

Congratulations on a great magazine; but somebody has probably already pointed out that in your page 34 quiz in the last issue (August, 2017) no. 12 is Barry Sheene, not 11. The blue RG500 is a bit of a mystery, but that year, 1983, the godawful film ‘Space Riders’ was being shot, with footage shot at various British meetings blended in with real Grands Prix, so various people had their bikes in fake paintwork at some meetings... would you believe Steve Parrish disguised as Kenny Roberts?

However the Gallina team from Italy also entered some UK events; I remember seeing Uncini and Reggiani at Brands and Armando Ericco (I think) in the Euro Championship meeting at Donington, so I’ll be interested to know who it is in the Scarborough photo.
