The classic love crystal, Rose Quartz is legendary for its ability to heal heartbreak, attract new love, and open hearts to new levels of forgiveness. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s lightweight by its candypink hue, as Rose Quartz is one of the most nurturing crystals in the crystal kingdom.

All of life’s many forms of love – romantic, family, self-love, universal – are strengthened by powerful Rose Quartz. The crystal of Venus, goddess of love and beauty, try adding Rose Quartz pieces to your bath to transform bathing into a love-filled, healing ritual. When feeling emotionally low, place a Rose Quartz on your chest and visualise a gentle pink light filling your heart space, lifting all heaviness away. One of my Essential Rockstars, I’ve yet to encounter a person who couldn’t benefit from adding some Rose Quartz magic into their life. This is a wonderful crystal to keep in any and all rooms of the house – the more Rose Quartz in your life, the lovelier!

NOTE: Rose Quartz is almost always found as large specimens with no crystal edges, which are broken down into a huge variety of raw and polished shapes. Rose Quartz as crystallised clusters are very rare, expensive and small, so if you see one sold relatively cheaply it’s most likely dyed Quartz or Calcite – pretty, but not actually Rose Quartz!
