Use up fabric scraps for budget crafting

Stick a white doily onto a scalloped square of pink card. Cut eight scalloped fabric circles. Arrange around the outside of a white scalloped circle to create a frame and secure on the reverse. Add a sentiment and secure onto the doily with foam pads.
Add a sentiment to a circle of white card and layer onto a blue circle. Die cut some fabric flowers, layer together and top with buttons. Add to the card, along with punched leaves.
Cut narrow strips of fabric and snip the ends into a fishtail. Stamp a sentiment on the top right corner of a square of white card. Arrange the fabric strips in a woven pattern, as shown.

Stamp a sentiment onto a square of white card. Die cut butterflies from six different fabrics and secure to the base with foam pads. Add pearls to the middle of each one, to finish.
Sew three small squares for windows and an arched door onto a larger square of fabric, then stitch onto a square of white card. Cut a triangle for the roof and stitch in place. Add a stamped sentiment and layer onto a square card blank.
Fray the edges of a square of blue fabric and sew some stitches onto the bottom half for three balloon strings. Attach the square to a white card blank. Die cut three balloons from patterned fabric, stamp a sentiment onto one and stick them onto the card front, as shown.
Die cut nine scalloped fabric squares and stamp a sentiment onto one. Add them to the card base with foam pads. Decorate with punched or die-cut flowers, hearts, stars and butterflies.
Just for you
Cover a square of card with fabric. Add a fabric strip down the centre. Cut another square of fabric, concertina fold into a fan shape, wrap a strip of fabric around the centre and sew in place. Glue on top of the present and add a stamped tag.
You can use this method to create a simple fabric flower, too!
