I made these penguin cards using the template from issue 17070 of Quick Cards – they were so fun too make! I used First Edition Black Ouut papers for the body of the penguins and washi tape for the headband. I added gems and a bow for an Art Deco look. The feathers were cut in black and white card from a set of First Edition dies called Birds. The scarf was cut from Trimcraft Baby Steeps paper and the eyes are die--cut circles with small googly eyes in the centre. I really love the Shape Up templates in each month’s issue. They were the deciding factor when it came to renewing my subscription to the magazine. May Jones, Lincoln
