Pul­bor­ough: A large new car park has been ap­proved for the western side of the station.

Red­hill: The station re­gen­er­a­tion scheme has been put back again, to 2018. This will be five years af­ter plan­ning per­mis­sion was granted for a new con­course and ticket hall, 450- space multi- storey car park, Waitrose su­per­mar­ket and 150 apart­ments.

Uck­field: The South­ern station has been of­fi­cially adopted by the Brighter Uck­field Group.

Wok­ing: The station’s south­ern side could be re­built to in­crease its pas­sen­ger ca­pac­ity, un­der a £ 23.5 mil­lion scheme be­ing dis­cussed by Net­work Rail and the bor­ough coun­cil. The un­used Plat­form 6 is in­tended to be turned into a through plat­form, which would mean re­plac­ing the build­ing serv­ing it on a new site.

Wok­ing­ham: The ground floor sec­tion of the ex­panded station car park re- opened on July 11. The lower lev­els at Brook­wood and Farn­ham opened on Au­gust 15, and the up­per decks will be open by the end of Septem­ber. Bas­ingstoke, Winch­ester and Ha­vant will be com­mis­sioned by the end of the year.

Wool: A new station foot­bridge has been opened to re­place two level cross­ings. The £ 832,000 scheme in­cludes an im­proved walk­way to East Bur­ton.
