Tottenham Court Road sculpture

The final piece of Daniel Buren’s commission at Tottenham Court Road was unveiled on June 30. A 2.4-metre-high sculpture in a glass cabinet inside the new ticket hall completes Buren’s Diamonds and Circles commission. It was installed at the London Underground station in two parts over two years, as the station was expanded. Buren’s designs also feature at Oxford Circus and Charing Cross Road.
