Five ‘50s’ for anniversary event

A gala celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Class 50s is being held at the Mid-Norfolk Railway on October 28-30.

Five of the 18 surviving locomotives are likely to attend, with 50017 Royal Oak and 50050 Fearless already confirmed as attending the event. Resident 50019 Ramilies will not be in action as it is undergoing refurbishment.
