Ex­pec­tant moth­ers who tuck into choco­late could reap re­wards for their baby, ac­cord­ing to a Fin­nish study. Re­searchers mon­i­tored the choco­late con­sump­tion of preg­nant mums and, six months after birth, found that the chil­dren of moth­ers who had eaten choco­late daily ap­peared to smile more of­ten.
