The cocoa in chocolate could help prevent type 2 diabetes, according to a study in the British Journal Of Nutrition. People who ate 100g of chocolate a day were found to have reduced insulin resistance and improved liver enzymes. The study also showed chocolate eaters were more likely to be physically active.
