How­ever, US sci­en­tists at the Univer­sity of Florida found that peo­ple who drank cran­berry juice ev­ery day suf­fered fewer cold and flu symp­toms. Other re­search sug­gests that tak­ing vi­ta­min D sup­ple­ments could help fend off the lur­gies.
