Hitting the high notes

Real People - - CAT'S AMAZING! -

My clarinet was given to me nearly 30 years ago. It’s in its original box, which has a label that

reads, Henri Selma & Co Ltd, 12 Moor St, London, Wl, Tel Gerrard 2575-6. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have its original mouthpiece. But everything else is in working order. Could you tell me if it’s worth anything?

Ankica Newing, Colburn, North Yorkshire

Your clarinet is by a firstclass musical instrument retailer, Ankica. Despite the missing mouthpiece, it’d certainly interest a collector to the tune of around £60.
