Real People’s resident ‘doggie doctor’, Nigel, answers your pet’s problems

Real People - - ANIMAL CRACKERS! -

Dear Nigel,

I’m barking and buzzing about summer, but not so excited by the doggone wasps zooming around – they’re a menace! My owner’s worried about me getting stung when I try to bite them, though. Mazzy, Ipswich, Suffolk

Dear Mazzy,

If you’re stung, your owner should remove the sting and bathe the area with cool water. If it’s near your mouth or neck, visit the vet, as you may be at risk of an allergic reaction. If you’re struggling to breathe, get to the vet’s pronto. Love Nigel xxx
