BREAK­FAST Banana bran: Top 50g All-Bran with milk from your al­lowance and plenty of chopped banana.

LUNCH Potato and spring green tor­tilla: Beat 2-3 eggs and pour into a small oven­proof dish sprayed with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray. Add chopped boiled new pota­toes, sliced spring onions and trimmed as­para­gus spears. Sea­son to taste and bake in the oven at 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7 for 25 mins or un­til golden brown. Serve with salad.
