BREAKFAST Banana bran: Top 50g All-Bran with milk from your allowance and plenty of chopped banana.
LUNCH Potato and spring green tortilla: Beat 2-3 eggs and pour into a small ovenproof dish sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray. Add chopped boiled new potatoes, sliced spring onions and trimmed asparagus spears. Season to taste and bake in the oven at 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7 for 25 mins or until golden brown. Serve with salad.
