BREAK­FAST

Magic pan­cakes: Mix to­gether 40g por­ridge oats with 1 egg,1 Müller Light Vanilla Yo­ghurt and a pinch of bak­ing pow­der. Spray a pan with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray and spoon in the mix­ture to make 3-4 small pan­cakes. Fry on each side un­til golden brown. Serve in a stack with blue­ber­ries and straw­ber­ries.

LUNCH

Burger in a bowl: Grab some Slim­ming World Syn-Free Beef Quar­ter Pounders (from Ice­land) and grill one or two ac­cord­ing to in­struc­tions. Top with 40g re­duced-fat ched­dar cheese (from al­lowance) and serve in a bowl with sliced gherkins, slices of tomato, let­tuce leaves, slices of red onion and 1 level tbsp burger sauce. Fol­low with slices of fresh melon.
