Magic pancakes: Mix together 40g porridge oats with 1 egg,1 Müller Light Vanilla Yoghurt and a pinch of baking powder. Spray a pan with low-calorie cooking spray and spoon in the mixture to make 3-4 small pancakes. Fry on each side until golden brown. Serve in a stack with blueberries and strawberries.
Burger in a bowl: Grab some Slimming World Syn-Free Beef Quarter Pounders (from Iceland) and grill one or two according to instructions. Top with 40g reduced-fat cheddar cheese (from allowance) and serve in a bowl with sliced gherkins, slices of tomato, lettuce leaves, slices of red onion and 1 level tbsp burger sauce. Follow with slices of fresh melon.
