It’s the end of a busy week, so curl up with some comfort food, turn the heating up and pop your fave box-set on!
Healthier fry-up: Grill Quorn Low Fat Sausages, lean rashers of bacon (all visible fat removed) and halved tomatoes. In a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray, fry sliced onions and cooked quartered new potatoes. Poach a couple of eggs to your liking and serve with baked beans.
Cheese and onion sandwich: Mix 40g reduced-fat grated Cheddar cheese with low-fat cottage cheese (from dairy allowance) and chopped chives. Spread on to 2 slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf). Serve with celery sticks.
