It’s the end of a busy week, so curl up with some com­fort food, turn the heat­ing up and pop your fave box-set on!

BREAK­FAST

Health­ier fry-up: Grill Quorn Low Fat Sausages, lean rash­ers of ba­con (all vis­i­ble fat re­moved) and halved toma­toes. In a pan sprayed with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray, fry sliced onions and cooked quar­tered new pota­toes. Poach a cou­ple of eggs to your lik­ing and serve with baked beans.

LUNCH

Cheese and onion sand­wich: Mix 40g re­duced-fat grated Ched­dar cheese with low-fat cot­tage cheese (from dairy al­lowance) and chopped chives. Spread on to 2 slices of whole­meal bread (from a small 400g loaf). Serve with cel­ery sticks.
