This week, I want you to try to up your workouts to three exercise sessions. For weight loss, you need to be doing cardio-based exercises that keep your heart rate up. Boxercise is a great way to burn fat and gain muscle because, in a typical class, you’ll usually do fiveminute intervals on the bag and on the floor – here you’ll be introducing dynamic, strengthening exercises, such as jumping lunges, squats and press-ups followed by military planks, tricep dips and toe touches. Also, try incorporating exercises that keep the heart rate up but use resistance, too.
