This week, I want you to try to up your work­outs to three ex­er­cise ses­sions. For weight loss, you need to be do­ing car­dio-based ex­er­cises that keep your heart rate up. Box­er­cise is a great way to burn fat and gain mus­cle be­cause, in a typ­i­cal class, you’ll usu­ally do fiveminute in­ter­vals on the bag and on the floor – here you’ll be in­tro­duc­ing dy­namic, strength­en­ing ex­er­cises, such as jump­ing lunges, squats and press-ups fol­lowed by mil­i­tary planks, tri­cep dips and toe touches. Also, try in­cor­po­rat­ing ex­er­cises that keep the heart rate up but use re­sis­tance, too.
