EXERCISE… EVEN ON A HEN DO!
Call me crazy but, yes, I did exercise on Olivia Buckland’s hen do! I love working out in the sun, as you’re killing two birds with one stone – burning fat and tanning! Also, if I’m going to be in a bikini, I want to feel confident. There’s a lot of focus on good bums nowadays, so I put the girls through their paces with monster walks, Bulgarian split squats, rebound squats, squat jumps and glute bridges. They could still feel the burn two days later!
