COMFORT IS KEY

-

While safety is top priority with any crash helmet, comfort is the key factor is you’re planing on doing big miles. A helmet that feels fine for shorter rides may start to reveal inadequacies over longer distances so make sure it’s not too tight across the brow (or anywhere else for that matter), reasonably light (ideally under 1600g), not too noisy, and that you have some kind of anti-mist visor fitted.
