Hundreds line up to view village homes
VISITORS should expect a warm welcome when they step into the first ever showhome at Greenbooth Village in Norden, Rochdale.
The new property will be unveiled this weekend, Saturday March 25 and Sunday March 26, at the new rural development on Over Town Lane.
Guests will be offered a complimentary glass of bubbly and canapés during their tour of the spacious four-bedroom showhome.

The launch weekend is highly anticipated by many, including buyers of the first phase of properties which were released for sale off-plan.
Already 10 of the 42 homes have sold at the development, and more than 300 people have registered their interest in purchasing.
Housebuilder Russell Homes has selected the traditional Cawson style for the first showhome. This is a four-bed detached with breathtaking views of Greenbooth Reservoir below.
One of 10 different house types available to purchase at Greenbooth Village, from three to five bedroom, the Cawson has a large open-plan kitchen dining room with French doors leading out into the garden.
The downstairs has a separate lounge to the front, with a traditionallystyled bay window, and a utility room and downstairs WC off the kitchen.
On the first floor, The Cawson has four comfortable double bedrooms. The master
